
VIRTUAL: Adult Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse

This training will provide foundational awareness around the ways in which childhood sexual abuse and sexual violence in adulthood impacts those you work to support. Care providers will also learn ways to self-regulate and some ways to support survivors across the spectrum of their role in the organization.
The training will cover the following:
- Trauma 101
- CSA/SV 101
- Survivorship In the Room 4Rs of Resilience
- 4Ps of Practice
Learning objectives:
At the end of the training participants will be able to:
- Identify at least 3 ways that CSA/SV survivorship impacts their clients
- Practice at least 3 ways to support clients with a CSA/SV trauma history
- Identify at least 2 practices that resource practitioners when they are dysregulated
- Name the 4 R’s of Resilience
- Apply at least 2Ps of the 4Ps of practice

Dates: Monday, September 22, 2025 | 9am-1:00pm PST
Cost: $85; $70 early bird (before 08/22/25)
Location: Live training via Zoom. Zoom link and extra details will be sent out a week prior to the training date.

Continuing Education: This course meets the qualifications for 4 hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. EBONY WILLIAMS, LMFT (She/Her) is a Black, queer, first-generation woman who is also a licensed marriage and family therapist, educator, social emotional healing arts instructor, and a trauma-informed yoga teacher. Ebony specializes in African-American family studies and is a trauma specialist who practices LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally humble therapy. She has worked with children and families, adults, trauma survivors, and folks across the spectrum of mental health, identity, and experience. Ebony specializes in supporting survivors of sexual violence and intimate partner violence and as a parent of two and a CSA survivor, Ebony became founder of Cactus In Bloom to fill the gap in care for survivors who are family planning, perinatal, and parenting.
