Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

Victor Lee Lewis became fascinated by Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) after he was able to overcome a major childhood trauma that haunted his life for 45 years in less than one hour. In the ten years since, he has become a master practictioner in EFT.

During this workshop, he will explain the science of how and why EFT works to quickly and gently heal trauma and create resilience. Participants will receive instruction and practice in EFT which can be immediately employed in self-help work or professional practice.
