Mara Grobins Nasatir is an attorney licensed in New York. She specializes in ethics and regulatory compliance through her own professional practice and as a member of Prodigious Advisors. Mara is an advocate for the physical and psychological safety of employees in the workplace. Prior to hanging her own shingle, Mara was the director of safety, compliance & ethics at Westbrook, Inc., a production company, where she oversaw initiatives and projects to ensure production worker safety and satisfaction. Before Westbrook, she worked at TIME’S UP, partnering with survivors to design and implement initiatives to improve safety from sexual harassment and assault in entertainment industry workplaces. In addition to being a member of the board of Echo, Mara is a member and secretary of the board of STOKED, a nonprofit that bridges the opportunity gap for underserved youth through mentorship and immersion in action sports culture.
