Summer Academy 2019:
Train the Trainer “Trauma & Resilience”
We are now accepting applications for the Echo 2019 Summer Academy. This ‘train the trainer’ course will prepare participants to teach our 6-hour Trauma & Resilience training. Graduates may use this Echo curriculum to train coworkers, clients, community members, etc. to educate and empower survivors and to train professionals in trauma-informed care.*
Anyone can apply to the course, but since Echo is also using this opportunity to identify and train potential trainers for Echo,
we are keeping the group small and will be using a selection process that includes an in-person interview.
Those interested should submit an application and a resume to firstname.lastname@example.org by April 30.
Interviews will take place during the first two weeks of May.
Cost: $2,500 Individual | $3,500 Agency (up to 50 employees) | $5,000 Agency (50 employees and above)
Part I: Observation of the Trauma and Resilience training at The California Endowment on May 31, 2019
Part II: Monday June 24, 2019 – Wednesday June 26, 2019 OR Friday June 28, 2019 – Sunday June 30, 2019
* Echo reserves the right to be the Trainer of Trainers for the Trauma and Resilience training. Graduates will not be able to train other people to teach the Trauma & Resilience training.
